Gavin was born and raised in Texas, until he was 11 when he moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado. It was there in Colorado where Gavin completed school, as well as competed in 6 different sports including competitive ballroom dancing. After training at Bible College at Hillsong, he moved back to the States.

He was back in Colorado until moving to Georgia, along with his wife and over 20 of his immediate and extended family, to be a part of a local church called Free Chapel pastored by Jentezen Franklin.

Gavin has 5 recorded albums in genres of hip hop, alternative, and worship band music. He has traveled to multiple continents all over the globe teaching the word of God and seeing the Holy Spirit confirm with miracles, signs and wonders. He travels every month to share his music, and preach all over the country, to make disciples and equip the church as a part of his ministry, “Gavintaitministries” https://gavintaitministries.com/vip-coaching-page. In this ministry, he helps other christians to become true disciples of Jesus Christ and to equip these everyday believers to step into their purpose and effectiveness but knowing how to use the Gospel as an effective tool in a 1 on 1 personal level, or public speaking engagements to thousands.

Gavin's favorite thing in life besides his relationship with God, is his wife! If you don't see him in the studio you'll find him passionately researching how to better himself in a certain skill, or passionately pouring into the lives of others, helping them reach their full potential in life through discipleship and equipping their gifts to see the supernatural displayed.
